How much does it cost to repair burned out USB ports on a Dell laptop?
I have a laptop I purchased online and it is still under warranty for a few days. The USB ports do not work, I have tried installing the drivers for them and also had Dell customer service remotely connect to my computer and they also told me the ports are burned out and non functioning.
Does anybody know how much it costs to get this repaired?

Why won't Dell repair it is under warranty?
Ask them why they won't fix it.

I also have a dells laptop and this is totally sluggish. The be conscious and exel and large however the pc is a thousands and thousands time slower than a known laptop. I propose getting apple becuase this is gentle-weight, has a vivid reveal screen, excel and be conscious are remarkable, works with itunes very sturdy, has a three twelve months warrenty, however the cost is between seven hundred-2000. style of costly yet worth your money. you ought to purchase it on line or at a apple shop.

As others have said, if it's under warranty, then Dell should fix it at no cost to you.
Contact Dell support and ask to raise a warranty claim.

If you still have warranty then you could get it repaired for free but it costs around $40-$50

a repair shop within a department store maybe $200
one man repair shop maybe $100
