Can you paint fake nails before applying them?
My friend who lives in another state likes my nail designs and wants me to paint her some fake sets and send them, I know nothing about fake nails, will it work if I paint them first and send them to her and then she can file them to fit her fingers?

Yes it is completely fine to paint them...I recommend going to a beauty supply store and buying a mannequin hand to place the nails on in order to paint them. Make sure that you apply a clear top coat over them and have them completely dry before packaging them up.
