I've made fudge with this recipe many times. It's fabulous fudge!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can Carnation milk
3 6 oz. bags of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of salt
1 - 2 cups of walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil sugar and milk for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well and spread on a large cookie sheet.
This fudge freezes well. Thaw out shortly before serving. Makes 5 lbs. of fudge.

Check out allrecipes.com for ideas. I made the eagle brand label one the other day. It is very quick and rich, but I think for better flavor, some of the cooked ones might be the better choice.
