Any Warm smoothie ideas?

Please share any ideas (preferably healthy) for smoothies that can either be warmed up or are meant to be warm. Don't need any soup ideas though. Thanks for the help!

You could add to your blender hot milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, big spoon of condensed milk and pumpkin pie filling for one. Hot milk, Baileys irish cream, Kahlua, dark rum and pureed squash for another. ( I know the squash theme sounds repetative but this is off the top of my head and you DO have to thicken. Hot milk and a rasberry, strawberry coulis. You could also use a banana to thicken, so Hot chocolate and banana smoothie...the mind reels.

By definition, smoothies have one, two or all three of the following in addition to fruit.

    Ice Cream

    Ice Cubes

    Yogurt

Would you really want any of those warmed?
