Organic Make-up Solution?
I'm looking for something to cover up ache and ache scarring.
Something with no or a very small amount of chemicals would preferred, as well as any tips or personal feed back on organic make-up products you may have used in the past :D
Bonus: Anyone know of any liquid eyeliner that wouldn't flake or smudge?
Thanks

I notice that another user mentioned Tarte cosmetics and I would like to comment that while the brand indeed does use natural products and does not test on animals, it is not organic. The difference between natural and organic products is that natural can mean many things and organic refers to ingredients grown or harvested under conditions that meet certain guidelines and standards. For instance, as Clinique (not organic) puts it, "Poison ivy is natural. Dirt, ditto. We don't recommend rubbing either into skin," (http://www.clinique.com/cms/why_clinique/index.tmp...
Though I've never tried it before, one makeup brand that I know of that's certified as organic is NVEY ECO. It's a bit expensive and you probably find their concealer in-store at Sephora and you can get other products like their lip gloss, eyeshadow set, foundation, and lipstick online. (http://sephora.com/browse/brand_hierarchy.jhtml;js... If you check out their official website, you'll be able to find a wider selection of products. (http://www.econveybeauty.com/Home)
Another brand that I know that is certified as organic is Vapour. As far as I know, it's not sold in stores. You might have to e-mail the company if you want more information. Anyways, most of their cosmetics are sold in in a twist-up stick form and it doesn't require brushes to apply (in fact, the company recommends that you use your fingers to blend and apply). I don't know if you would be interested since this brand isn't organic, but 100% pure sells vegan cosmetics that use nothing but fruit and plant pigments and ingredients. There are two stores that sell 100% pure products in Berkeley and San Jose (California). You can also get it online from the official website or the Bath & Body Works website. I hope that was of some help! Good luck!

Tarte is a great natural brand of makeup, it's sold at sephora, my favourite is the tinted moisturizer, but they have concealers as well
