dmv behind the wheel test tomorrow plz help?
do i have to bring someone 25 or older with me . or could my 22 year old brother just take me and if i fail which i wont . is there a policy that i have to have someone 25 yr or older with me to take the test at the dmv ???

No, you only need someone 25 years or older with you when you are PRACTICING driving with your permit. But your 22-year-old brother can definitely give you a ride to the DMV so you can take your test.
Just make sure your permit is signed by a parent or guardian before you go (they will not let your brother sign your permit).

if you're 18 and above, you can bring anyone (18 and above) with a legal driver's license and bring your permit and proof of insurance.
if you're 17 and below, you have to bring your parents, i think.

You need to tell what state you live in because the law is different in each state.
