tôi đã thử cách của bạn dunghien...nhưng không thấy từ khóa nào là /StorageDevicePolicies và WriteProtect cả.

usb của bạn đã dc bảo vệ, có thể nó đã dc định dạng NTFS, bây giờ bạn format lại usb sang định dạng FAT32 sau đó thử copy lại xem sao
