ummmmm you would be very tried if you only got 3 hours of sleep each night! i usually get 6 and a half to 7 and a half on weekdays and much more on the weekends. even with my 6 to 7 hours of sleep i still am tired. i read an article once that if you don't get 8 hours of sleep at night you can get fat! its sounds crazy, but is actually true! i encourage you to look that up...3 hours of steep if definitely not enough sleep and you should get much more!!!!!! u will find that with more sleep you feel better and can accomplish much more in a day!!! just my advice...:) :)

It is said that the older a person gets the less sleep required. Not true, at least for me. In my mid seventies I still require at least seven hours. And then I snooze in the afternoon for at least an hour.

you could survive for a couple of nights on three hours but it catches up and youll end up feeling really tired and irritable and when you can finally have a good sleep, youll sleep for hours to catch up.
