Try going into Safe Mode and you might be able to just delete them.
If you have files on there that you want and they aren't infected, copy them somewhere and then format the pendrive.
If you can't format on a Windows computer and have access to a Mac, use that to format the drive. The malware won't affect the Mac and if you choose FAT32 when you format the drive, it will be able to be read in a Windows computer. But it doesn't matter if the Windows computer wasn't able to read the drive because you could simply format again. All that matters is that formatting on the Mac should wipe the malware.

You can
1.Check task manager (ctrl-alt-delete) for the processes with those file names. End the task if they are there and try removing them again.
2. If your flash drive has a file called autorun.inf on it, delete that, remove your flash drive and plug it back in and then try to remove them again.
3. Try malwarebytes anti-malware

You could try and delete them with a free programme MalwareBytes, if this does not work do a System Restore to a time when your computer was working o.k....Good Luck

Try to use a better antivirus software dude and yah if nothing works then you've got to format your drive, nothing else. But you'll definitely be saved if you use a good registered antivirus software!

do you have any other files that you wanted to stay in the pendrive? if no, just format it.
