My pc keeps going to safe mode.?

When my computer comes on it has options like start in safe mode,safe mode with internet,go to last known condition and start normally. When I press safe mode some numbers and slashes come up and then nothing happens.When I try last know condition or start normally then my screen goes black and nothing else happens. I've try every thing I can think of,but my computer is till not working. If u know of hacks that can get me into my pc please let me know.

    it sounds like you have a corrupt boot file unless you take it to a technician(avoid best buy/circuit city) likely you will have to reinstall windows but to save all your files get a Linux distro like ubuntu download it write the .iso to a cd and boot your computer with the disk it will ask you to install say no the go to places and your hard drive from there you can save your files
