There is no way to determine the 'likely hood' since this isn't really studied or provable.
There are lots of people who think this is possible and they call it something else, like 'psychosomatic' or somatizing illness or something else.
Psychiatry tends to determine what is ill and what isn't , right or wrong that we as a society let them do this.
They don't accept mental telepathy, or 'reading minds' as real. Even though some people believe to be more common than most people know.
Edgar Cayce said it is very likely, and that our spirits are all messed up, fragmented by various influences including people who mess up peoples spirits on purpose to cause illness.
It depends on what you can verify personally, and believe.
No medical doctor willl say that is anything more than mental illkness.
I don't agree.
So, it is commonly believed that our familes and others who connect to us, greatly influence our health. Yes.
So, it could be likely .

Um, unless you're moving objects with your mind, or can kill with a look, I don't think that 'telepathic' was the word you're looking for.
As far as psychosomatic illnesses go, the ability of your mind to amplify or otherwise modify an illnss is well studied. The ability to create the symptoms of an illness can exist, too, although the mind can't actually give you a disease, for the most part.
