If, as AG Holder claims, race is not a factor in civil rights cases, why did the DOJ drop the case..?

If he claims race is not a factor he needs to explain why the Dept. of Justice is going to sue the State of AZ for discriminating against Hispanics.

Holder is lying. The case was dropped because the leftists in the civil rights department do not want to prosecute minority thugs who try to prevent whites from voting. This attitude exited before Obambi took office, but at least under Bush, they did try a few cases against minority thugs.

Liberal DOJ attorney Chris Coates has accused Eric Holder’s DOJ of racism against whites. In these "blessed" times of the supposedly post-racial presidency of one Barack Obama, Americans are always told by liberals and Democrats (more like talked down to by them) that race is a thing of the past and that Obama was and is the "great uniter," who would finally make all Americans proud of their country for the first time. Or something like that.

Here was a hearing in Washington DC worth attending. In what was perhaps one of the only worthwhile things the United States Commission on Civil Rights has actually done in decades, Department of Justice Voting Rights Section chief Christopher Coates lifted the veil on the real goings on in the Department of Justice at the behest of the White House and the very subjective, political application of civil rights laws.

Those clowns who insulted you showed that they have no arguments against the racism displayed by Holder in not fully prosecuting the black panthers. Keep up the good work, and ban those clowns from answering your questions!

The whistle Blower is a respected attorney & has been attacked by Holder & his team. Clearly Obama thought he could get away with pimipin for his homies & he cant. Just anpther reason he's on anti-depressants.

It would seem Obama affiliations to radical parties has carried onto the White House. He wrongly assumes appeasing these groups will keep him in power.

If I remember correctly, an investigation is now underway as to why the case was dropped. There was plenty of evidence and video. And if the Republicans take the House back, maybe they will open up hearings. Holder should have been fired long ago for this.

Because they are as corrupt as the entire Obama administration.

You mean the two guys who stood there, did a bit of yelling, and DIDN'T DO ANYTHING and everybody went in to vote anyway? Lol!

Because one guy holding a stick is not much of a case. And no one reported that they were intimidated by a guy with a stick. And there is no evidence, video or otherwise of one guy with a stick intimidating anyone.

Perhaps there was no evidence.

That is why the Government usually drops cases.
