Neck head and arm pain?

Today I had a dull ache on my neck and head on the right side, also my left arm and leg felt very week at the same time as well as a little dizzy. My speech was fine, so was my face and my balance. This lasted around 10 minutes however I feel it still a bit now but very mildly. I was wondering if a may have had a TIA (mini-stroke)? I had experienced chest pains and a numbness down my left arm earlier this year after I had a panic attack (my first and only one) the numbness disappeared after a few weeks but my chest pain comes and goes still. I've had various ECGS A fitness test an echo and a 24 heart monitor which all came back normal and after my original panic attack I had an MRI on my head which was normal too.

Update:

I'm a 24 year old male who is normally healthy. I drink a few beers ( 4 or 5 ) on the weekend and have an occasional cigarette ( about 3 only when I drink so once a week) I have no family history of strokes or heart attacks

Update 2:

I'm 24 male normally healthy. No family history of strokes or heart attacks! I drink 4 or 5 beers on weekend and smoke maybe 3 cigarettes when I have a few beers.

You will need to be seen by a neurologist to rule out other uncommon conditions that may initially present like this.

it could all be originating from your neck. Neck pain can make you stiffen when you go to turn and twist your body rather than just turn your head. You can get a headache from pain originating in your neck. Take ibuprofen instead of aspirin it is better for inflammation. Have someone rub your neck after you've had heating pad on it for 15 min. Lean your head to the side have them rub from behind the ear down and out your shoulder; repeat on other side. Then hold your head up and have them rub from the base of your skull down. With one hand using as much pressure as you can take (uncomfortable but not painful) they should start with there fingers on each side of the spine and close them in as they go down so that when the reach the top of your shoulders there fingers are touching. (form a v from top to bottom) good luck

You have two very different problems going on. Your head pains are caused by tight muscles in your neck. Those muscles go to the top of your head for it's movements. When tight up there the muscles pull on other muscles and when a muscle runs out of give it goes into pain where it's attached to the skull, for you the right side. That also covers the pains in your neck. When you have tight muscles in your neck they also restrict everything going to the head, including the blood supply. When you are depleting the oxygen supply to your brain the first thing you feel is tired, then comes dizzy and last is blacking out/passing out. To get rid of these problems you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here's how to do that:

    Neck

Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.

The pain you keep having in your chest is actually coming from a pinched muscle in your back. When muscles are pinched in the upper back the pains often follow the nerves to the front to manifest themselves as rib, chest or heart pains. Like the tight muscles in your neck these never show up on the testing they do so to the dr. they don't exist. I would think this is the one that also has caused you the panic attacks for they are often tied to pains that your body feels it's going to experience and then the pain may not come but your body prepared for the worst and that was with a panic attack. To get rid of the pinched muscles in your back you have to free up those muscles and here's how to do that:

    Back:

    (do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
