15W-40 Rotella dino oil. Some guys run syn in the winter for easy starting. I run dino rotella in my powerstroke. I never could justify the cost of syn in a diesel. Ive seen guys pushing 300K all day long on Dino rotella oil. But its your call. Just dont use some cheap oil filter though, stay away from Frams! Any questions for everything you ever wanted to know bout diesel hit this site up.
