Good romance books for young adult...?

Question

I would like a romance novel with love (ovbiously), sex, drama, something that will make me cry and something that will draw me in at the first page of the book. I like books by Danielle Steel and Nicholas Sparks so any book that has a similar style of writing as these authors would be good. I also loved the book The Bond by Lilly Sommers, so (if you know the book) any like that are welcome to.

You might like Sarah Dessen's novels. They're teen romances, but they've got a bit more substance to them than your typical chick lit.
