    I eat vegetables, steamed, raw, boiled,cooked, fried (but not often)

    And you can boil broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, corn on the cob, all sorts!

    Hai kitkat, the pity on my part is no vegetable is steamed or taken as raw, and all are boiled. As you search the right way of taking each vegetable, it would be much more nutritious in its sense. Better follow some websites as mentioned by some of our friends.
