owner taking money away from check that i worked!!!?

Question

so i work at a place where they redid the schedule and u only have 2 people with u. 3rd person comes in at 230 and thats when u r suppose to take ur lunch...so i work either 7.5 hours or 6.5 hours and i dont have time to take my lunch so i decide not to because it gets so hectic and crazy...the pay clock says 53.50 and when i get my check i only get 51.25 because the owners decides to take hours THAT I WORK OUT OF MY PAYCHECK because i didnt take my lunch...i know thats illegal but where can i find a document of it? you cant take hrs away from someone's shift that they work....

By not taking lunch. You decided to add about 4 hours to your pay check.  They see it as an unauthorized additional hours worked.  They gave you your work schedule. The hours in that schedule is what they expect based on there budget.

unless you and your boss agree for you not to take lunch you have to take lunch its the law and i does not matter how bad it gets a your lunch time and if agrees for you not to take lunch hes suppose to pay you thats the law
