Cleveland has given up 943 passing yards. 236 yards per game
Washington has given up 1220 passing yards. Over 300 yards per game.
What definition are you using when you say Cleveland is the worst?

Actually Cleveland isn't the worst. They are 25th and the Redskins are 31st. Sit Ryan and play Rodgers.

I would sit Ryan because Rodgers will want to come off of a pretty bad second half of last weeks game so I would expect him to have a great game even though it is against the Redskins.

always play rodgers unless he is on a bye, matt ryan is not consistent even against bad teams
