How do I move all my programs and data from the internal memory to memory card?
I have a 8 Gig memory card in the phone, but the phone keeps telling me I have to many apps. According to the phone this is because I have filled up the 1 gig internal memory. I have scoured the phone and cannot find a way to use the 8 gig card for apps and storage. Can anyone help? Blackberry Curve 8330 from Boost Mobile pre-paid.

Generally the SD card is reserved for media files (pics, music, video), however, you can store Apps that you use infrequently or very rarely on your SD card by following the steps here...http://www.ehow.com/how_5284051_download-blackberr...
The above method archives your Apps for later use, but keep in mind that when accessed they will still use your device memory and any frequently used apps cannot be stored on the SD card.
There is also an app which claims to do the same thing, but I'm pretty sure you have to pay for it... http://crackberry.com/aerize-lets-you-load-apps-me...
Also check out MemoryUp Personal, which I use daily, and it helps a lot... http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/34...
Another thing, make sure to remove any unnecessary messages (email, texts etc) which have been saved to your device as this uses up memory you could be using for other things. I know there are apps for backing these items up, however, I do not know what they are called as I don't personally use them because copies of my emails are saved to my online accounts (Yahoo, Gmail etc) and texts I don't much care to save.
Hope this helps!
