is this normal? 25 weeks pregnant?

serious question- im 25 weeks pregnant expecting a baby boy and my due date is Jan 17th. My vagina feels fatter or puffier and just bigger. I just wonder if this is normal for being 25 weeks because it makes me nervous thinking about preterm labor. Is it normal for you vagina to change like that at just 25 weeks? Thanks

HAHAHA I'm 26 weeks, and I've noticed the SAME THING!! I was taking a pic with my blackberry and my husband walked in and he gave me a side eye look, "what...uhh....are you doing?" lol...increased blood volume is right.

Well that could be just from all the hormone changes.

Every pregnancy and women is differnt.

It could be normal for you.

I dont think its preterm labor hunnie. Unless you start getting pain down there.

It also could just be irratated, or you could be getting a yeast infection, which are extremly common in pregnancy. Call and ask the dr.

    Good luck

  • Its normal, your blood volume has increased and one place it goes is your vagina in preparation for labor and delivery. I do the same thing.

to be honest i didnt notice my vagina getting puffier or bigger ..but if ur concerned then talk to ur doctor..oh wait i think mine did get abit fat i think.,which is normal and then after birth it gets normal again.its not preterm labour unless ur feeling contractions.
