what kind of spider is this?

she's one of the orb weavers...a great garden spider!..... harmless if left alone... will die with the cold weather, so let her live out her life, huh?

I did not check the web-site but when I had a spider problem there are sites on line that helped me a lot,for instance,I always use white vinegar on insects because it is safe and these spiders kinda like it go figure so I had to clean my house with other things and I had to remove my plants to outside because there were bugs going crazy in my plants and it was like a buffet for the spiders.
