what is the product of NaNO3+AgCO3+HNO3?

Please i need help with this.

In lab, i mixed:

Na2CO3 (aq)+ 2AgNO (aq) = 2NaNO3 (aq)+ AgCO3 (s)

it gave me a brown precipitate. To that precipitate, i added some drops of HNO3 that made the precipitate disappeared.

how am i supposed to write the complete equation of the second reaction with the HNO3?

thanks for any help.

    Your silver carbonate is dissolving in the nitric acid.

    Use the general equation, ACID + CARBONATE = SALT + WATER + CARBON DIOXIDE

    Ag2CO3 + 2HNO3 ---> 2AgNO3 + H2O + CO2

    Incidentally, your first eqtn is incorrect .. it should be

    Na2CO3 (aq)+ 2AgNO3 (aq) = 2NaNO3 (aq)+ Ag2CO3 (s)
