Deoband has come up with a statement on Kashmir?

Deoban's statement that government should take steps to facilitate a settlement within the framework of Indian constitution is welcome. Anyone who says so is welcomed. Any stories regarding UNSC is a crap, as I have said several times on this forum and presented all the links in support of my posts, UNSC resolutions are non-mandatory, second, when Pakistan violated the UNSC resolution and continued invasion on Kashmir the UNSC resolution stands null and void on India, India should not accept and will not accept any resolution that was passed at that time. So people should stop crying over that resolution. Kashmir is our internal problem and we will resolve it, how much ever time it may take and whatever it may cost us, we don't really care what the separatists bark on the payroll of ISI.

Muslims vote together. That alone says there is considerable unity among them when it comes to religion. It does not matter what the issue is and if they are right or wrong.

Deoband may be wrong now, but will do it tomorrow what they are saying today. Beware people, on slaught of religious fascism is in the making.

Only when Muslims get killed they voice their opinion.If Hindu's or Sikh's get killed they don't react but inwardly feel happy.Let all Muslims in India go to Kashmir and be a new country.Similarly, Punjab a new Khalistan Republic.Christians can immigrate to Europe/Americas.And only Hindu's in India.I think would be best solution.There is no chance of a secular state.

INDIAN CONSTITUTION IS ILLEGAL ON KASHMIR, the DISPUTED TERRITORY declared by UN Security council, world's highest authority. No UNSC Resolution is cancellable OUTISIDE UNSC. Jamiatul Ulemae Islam(Deoband) members secretly take salaries from Congress & central govt. It does not represent entire Indian Muslims. 85 % Indian Muslims are Barelvis, opposing Deobandis. Kashmir(consisting of Muslims, Qadiyanis, Hindus, Buddhists & Sikhs) has a separate history & leagalities compared to other Indian states. Many laws of Indian constitution match with International Law & U N Charter under which India has some obligations to fulfil on Kashmir state as pledged by Indian first prime minister > 100 times from different plateform including UN Security council too, a well known fact to learned & studied people(ask any prominent Indian legal expert). Thre are many things decided by UNSC to be fulfilled by India on Kashmir, which, unfortunately COULD NOT be done, & are STILL PENDING, as said by journalist & Gandhiji's grandson Raj Mohan Gandhi too. Leaving aside those things, other things can be done within Indian constitution & HUMANITY basis as Vajpayeeji too said during his prime ministry. That should not be held up pending to be simultaneously done till real issue of Kashmir is resolved after 1000 years.

Indian prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru said in Indian parliament too in 1950 that state assembly would look after internal local matters oneself leaving international issues untouched which do not come within its purview. Do you mean to say that till right of self determination of people is pending, no new school , no new market, no new colony, no new university, no new irrigation department, no new pukka road, no new road is to be made & no new tree is to be planted at its sides, all to be held up till people get right of self determination ?

Please differentiate the two matters clearly.

UNSC asked BOTH NATIONS TO WITHDRAW forces from the parts of state their respective occupations SYNCHRONOUSLY(SIMULTANEOUSLY) so as to make PLEBISCITE fully FREE & FAIR & NONE takes any UNDUE advantage of occupying the whole state & refusing to do anything later. The 5 Jan., 1949 resolution says that this was necessary to guarantee FREEDOM & FAIRNESS of the plebiscite under UN auspices & NOT under India's auspices as you FALSELY quote DISHONESTLY.

DEOBAND HAS BEEN CAREFUL ALWAYS (MAYBE THEY EMPLOY LAWYERS) THEY GET FLAK FROM BOTH SIDES ...THE SHEPHERD AND THE BUTCHERS.
