Question about the movie Conviction?

They said on the Today show it is a true story about Kenny Waters who was convicted of killing Katherina Brow and then the conviction was overturned. Just wondering did they ever find the person that killed her?

Also where would I find more info about the case including her picture- everything I could find was about him?

Update:

No I do NOT want death photos- just picture of the person he may or may not have killed. I heard the story on TV and was lead to believe he was not guilty but now reading more info online I am not so sure?

Any way I hate how the murdered person becomes of so little importance in these types of stories- NBC did not show her picture or mention her at all- SAD!

Kenny Walters killed her. He just got away with it.

Do you want the death scene photos? I have a link but I am not going to post it--TOS.

Just because someone is found "not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" does not mean the person is innocent. Ask O.J. if they found his wife's killer yet, after the civil trial where he was found responsible for the wrongful death.

Also, many people are able to use "legal technicalities" to exclude evidence that could be used to convict them, but nobody believes for a second that this makes the suspect "innocent."

We had somebody admit to committing 16 arsons in our town some years ago but he was not actually "convicted." Would you want him on your fire department?
