openoffice impress question?
i need the images to be contained inside the impress (powerpoint) document how do i do that? it keeps makeing linked images that when opened on another computer just show the filename and path

I'm assuming you are saving to removable media i.e. USB stick or CD.
To embed your images:
Click the Edit menu.
Click the Links... sub-menu.
Click the Break Link button.
I feel it's better to create a folder on that media and copy your images to that folder.
You should then link the images to you presentation in that folder.
You would be able to play it on any computer but be able to locate the file for editing.
