    Uh...considering that a U.S. District Court Judge has absolutely NO authority whatsoever to make or modify laws governing the function or administration of the US military, the "ruling" is symbolic.

    Edit:

    How many federal judges, particuarly in Californicate (go figure) have made the EXACT same ruling in the last 10 years? Answer? 13 from CA alone!

    And yet DADT is STILL here
