Why am I so fat? Really..?
I walk around 2 miles a day, Im on the football team and we run alot, and for a hobby I do Parkour (free running) and basketball. Im 15, 5'10 and I weigh 170Lbs. Im not out of shape, because I can run a mile in under 7 Mins, which is bad, but still.. I eat small meals, every three hours to keep my metabolism going. But I have 18% body fat and its annoying. I have a large gut, and back fat, which makes me look really thick. Any tips?

Having annoying gut and back fat is not a problem that you alone face, many people have the same problem while they already do exercise and move a lot. The catch about a coordinated body is to spot the area that has excessive fat and do an exercise that burns its fat. For example, there are six effective exercises for back fat along with push-ups that would regain your back shape. See source below on how to do them properly.

The real trick is exercising after eating. Like 20 mnutes afterso you could burn calories immediantly.

you gota workout and if you do real parkour then you are probably conditioning lookup the navy seal ab workout on youtube that will rip you up
