First of all, I adore that dress! Super cute find! Okay so why not get white fishnet thigh highs or tights throw on a sequin head band with a feather maybe some long gloves and a white boa and bam! A modern sexy flapper. No, not all flapper costumes need gloves. If you added some dramatic makeup and red red lipstick it'd be super adorable.
