why do all online games do maintainence on tuesday?

I played Tales of Pirates for a bit. I played ToonTown, even. Now, my game is, Perfect World. They ALL update/do maintenance on Tuesday night.. why?

    I would imagine that this is the day and time when the least of their players would be affected.

    Perhaps they don't want you to play. Find another night!
