How do i build my neck up to the size of Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield etc?

I have a neck sling, but would that build my neck up? Also, what other exercises could i do to build my neck up?

    hmm i asked a question asking if building the neck is beneficial for boxing, but i assume that doing NECK BRIDGES will help build up strength, here check this vid out it's really helpful

    The bottomline is that Holyifeld throughout the course of his career could have beat Tyson. Tyson always looked menacing and GREAT when he fought the likes of, Steve Zouski, David Jaco, Sterling Benjamin, Mark Young, Larry Sims, Mike Jameson, Kevin McBride, and Lorenzo Boyd. NEWSFLASH! This is a far cry from Tyson fighting Ruddock, Holyfield, Lewis and Douglas. Holyfield fought guys like Tyson, Lewis, Bowe, Foreman, Moorer, Ruiz, Byrd, Rahman, Mercer, Douglas, and Qawi. Real fighters......he lost sometimes, but he fought 'em all....and he always fought like the warrior that he is. He won his fair share of fights. Often an underdog he showed his worth, his heart and his determination time and time again. Evander is the warrior that would destroy a musclehead that is one Mike Tyson on any day, at any time in his career. Evander was simply a better boxer. He has always been more disciplined, more technically sound and has always shown unbelieveable heart and resolve in the ring. I know a lot of so called boxing fans are in love with the violent knockout, but, that is just one part of the sweet science, Evander epitomized more of the full spectrum of the sweet science.

    You need to get a special harness that attaches to your head that allows you to lift weight with your neck.
