ok so i need the Swimming merit badge ASAP. but i need a counselor to to do the merit badge with..
soz anywhays my question is...how do i get in contact with a swimming merit badge counselor to get the bage??!?

Pick up the phone and call the regional council. They should put you in contact with some one who knows. I think there is a swimming proficiency test, that has to be filled out and witnessed. I don't remember the details for when my brother was in boy scouts.
