It's a scam. It's a lead in to the usual advance fee fraud emails. Some scammers send out the scripts asking you to stand in as next of kin or help them with unclaimed funds at a bank. Other scammers use this one first, hoping you'll respond. If you did respond, the next email would look like the familiar scam emails you've seen. Don't respond. If you're not familiar with advance fee fraud: The scammer promises you a portion of a fund but first you must pay supposed fees for taxes, certificates, etc. There's no real fund and the scammer plays all of the roles of bankers, diplomats, etc.

Most likely this is some type of scam. They probably are trying to get your personal information when you respond. Safest bet is to ignore/delete emails like this if you don't know the sender.

That's all tied to a phishing scam. Whatever you do, refrain from responding to the text. Just get rid of it right away. You don't get a cent out of this nonsense.

It's a good thing you won the Chinese Microsoft lottery, Ned. A few questions up Clay and Wil were offered only £1,000,500 and £1,000,000 by Yahoo.
