Resonance of Fate(The game) How to make to speak japanese?

I bought Resonance of Fate and im currently level 20,Yay! \(^o^)/

Well anyways, I am curious.. Is it possible to make Resonance of Fate speak from English to Japanese? I see at the options that the Japanese tab is available except its not accessible. Does it mean you have to beat the game to unlock it? or do you need some cheat code? I will resort to any thing to make it speak japanese because i think it would be useful reference to learn japanese. You know,im one of those people who are currently learning Japanese but struggle due to misinterpretations. Also,I took Anime for reference but Japanese is a Language of opinion to us english speaking americans.(Or at the very least,im american and i know people from all over the world uses Yahoo Answers.) So,If you have any idea to make it speak Japanese, Any idea at all. I would be grateful if you told me.
