my Internet modem isn't connecting ?

I haven't been able to connect to the Internet in 2 weeks. It says the Internet has little or no connectivity. N all the lights on the modem are on except the Internet light and the activity light. Wats wrong???

Update:

ive already called ATT my internet service provider and they cant fix the problem they say mabe the computer is blocking it from connecting

    Ok, try these steps first.

    1. Turn off your computer and unplug your Internet Modem.

    2. After 1 minute, plug in you Modem and then turn on your computer.

    3. Try to connect to the internet.

    4. If that doesn't work, call you internet service provider.

    Also, if you are connected to the internet through a hub/switch instead of a direct connection to the modem, unplug the hub/switch for 1 minute, plug it in and try to connect.

    If you would have told us you already did it, I wouldn't suggest it...

    Unplug the modem, turn off the computer. Leave the modem disconnected for 30 seconds. Plug it in, turn on the computer. Let us know if it's working now.

    have you paid ur bill lol? turn modem off for 1 min then power back on, failing that u need to call ur ISP.
