Firefox can erase a sites passwords:
Tools> Options> Security> Passwords (you should be using a "Master Password" in order to access this area)> highlight the Yahoo log in> Remove> ok out.
Always from now on, use "Private Browsing" when on IE, Firefox, Chrome browsers.
It won't save any history or cookies.
Look in the toolbar> Privacy area.

When you are enter you password and other items it will automatically log you in so when your password comes up put you mouse behind a letter and click it. After that you should be able to type behind your letters just keep on hitting the delete button. After awhile the computer will ask you if you would like to remove you password and screen name from this computer just hit yes.

That is the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) saving your password. Do this: Go to Tools menu, Internet Options, Content tab, look under AutoComplete, click Settings. From there you can clear auto complete history and turn it off.
