to every one in my contact list, it does it everyday. How do I stop it from doing that?

Change your password. It is possible that a spammer has obtained it through phishing spam. While you are in your account settings, check to see if the spammer has tampered with your alternate email contact. That would allow the spammer to obtain your new passwords.
Abstain from clicking on links within spam. Some spammers' websites can run malicious scripts that tell logged-in webmail to spam the address book.

Sounds like you got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in%E2%80%A6 for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
