Do you think my friend is using me?

Question

Me and my friend never hang out ,, and mostly every time I call her she doesn't pick up, but we do text. When we text though it takes her 10mins to respond to each text .. I told her one time I would give her money for something and she said okay thanks .. But now she is always asking for money, and so when we text she'll ask if she can borrow some I'll answer her and she answers to second later .. And if I say I don't she gets mad at me .. This gas been going on since July . I even gave her all my birthday money because she needed money to pay her phone bill.. And I've even gave her 40dollars for her phone , and I'm always paying for it every month.. ( which I should of never done) the worst part is she will ask for money and I'll ask y she needs it and for what and he will lie to me and spend the money for pills .. Were both 20 by the way. But it's really annoying .. We ever hangout either ,, and she always says she wants to hangout but were always to busy, so that's why I'm not sure If she's just saying that or she really want to hangout .. I just stand it anymore but we've been friend for 3 yrs now , but she started to ask me for thing in July ,, but she's constantly asking for things .. Please help!!!! Thanks(:

i'm sorry to say that she is using you

   if you think its untrue then do this when she calls and ask for money say you can't because ur very low on money and can't pay for anything right now i know it's a lie but it might work

Yes she is using you.  The fact that you guys never hang out or talk and its just texting and takes forever to text you back, she is using you.  Its so much more easier to text someone because you really dont have to deal with them in a way.  And right now she knows she can come to your for financial help, and you have to stop.  Of course she is going to get mad you wont give her money, a true friend would understand its your money and you have things to pay for to.  But someone who is using you does not see it that way and naturally get mad.  I dont think she is good for you and you need to just let her go.

You sound like a really good friend.  She is taking advantage of you.  She knows you will give her money no matter what.  But I'm sure if you were to ask her for something she wouldn't give you the time of day.  I would be friends with someone else that actually appreciates you and doesn't use you.

Shes defferently using you, no doubt about it. They know if they get mad, and play on your emotions that you will give in! Turn tough, and tell her that you've had enough, if she cant afford her phone bill she shouldnt have a phone! Your not always going to be there to bail her out, she will probz become sad, cry, get angry, play on your emotions once again and make you feel your in the wrong, they will do anything, just stick to the same answer ... NO! enough is enough!

This is because of you she has developed this habit. Now, that u have made her this way, u can also try to shift her over to her old stage. if u can not, leave her, she will survive in a better way.

S she is using u..... it had become a habit for her to ask u money whenever neccesary..ignore her ... u could get a better frd than her...she is not a frd at all.
