Been asked a thousand times, but black cat costume?? Modest plz?

Question

So, my ma works at the mall and my job on halloween night is to hand out candy to all the lil fairies and macho supermans (or stupid teenagers looking for candy in a tee and jeans lol) and I am being a black cat this year. Of course I cant be walking around in a short skirt and black bra, or whatever. I just want a simple black cat costume that makes me look, ya know, good, but not slutty. 
Basic things I have right now is black flats (gonna be walkin around a looot) and sheer leggings, which I don't think are that bad. What ideas do you have for pants and a shirt? Please and thank you's!! :)

I dressed up as a cat once and I wore black leggings with a black leotard over the top. I stuffed a stocking and sewed it to the back of the leotard as a tail. Then just used eyeliner to draw on whiskers etc.

Hey, I'm going as a black cat this year too, and I'm fourteen so definitely trying not to look too slutty.. (:

I'm gonna do subtle cat eye eyeliner (not to crazy, just a little winged end) and draw a black heart on my nose with three whiskers on each cheek. I might also put on some glitter eyeshadow but not sure yet! Definitely false eyelashes, it's halloween! (: But not crazy long or anything. I'm probably wearing a tight black v neck. No cleavage! I'm only an A cup anyways. I'll probably wear some short black shorts or baggy black sweatpants and sparkly black nails or white french tip. :)   Oh, forgot about thee hair. Straightened and teased up a little more than usual for halloween. Have fun, doll (:
