well it depends on the occasion.. if its a party or date or something importnat, i would either wear my hair curled and down, straight and down, but with a clip or something in my hair, or i would put my hair up into a chignon.

this one is for wedding but you could use it for any occasions. the wedding chignon i think would look cutest.
you can find out how to make them on google or youtube they are easy. also, if its not too formal you could put your hair into hight cute ponytail :)

i might actually go jointly with your hair down in huge waves. various volume. The dress colour relies upon on your epidermis and hair colour. i think of the mint or aqua may be an stunning colour for this time of year. i might pass the white nevertheless and the royal could be too darkish

Hair up with a loose piece (of your bangs) in the front will dress it up, look different from your usual and the bit in the front keeps the young and not uptight atmosphere about you. Neat color.

Maybe try curling your hair in ringlets. Or put it in a high (very straight) ponytail! That would look super cute~!
