Can I ask a favor from you?

I fell and broke my right shoulder and have come to find out I damaged the left one too I'm coping with the discomfort and when when it gets bad I'll take a half of a pain pill. The favor is that you think healing thought and send them my way. The have told me if I don't heal faster than I am I could be facing one or both total shoulder replacements. I have to admit the thought scares the devil out of me. I would sure appreciate any help with this and if you have any ideas on what kind of goodies/snacks is good to eat in bed when you can only hold a spoon etc in my left hand and it gets rather messy. Trying to do with out to many crumbs too. Thanks in advance and the best goodies suggestion gets the points.

First off - *transmitting healing thoughts*

Secondly - You can't go wrong with a bit of Ben and Jerrys ice cream or Hagaden Daz (I can't remember how you spell it) Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream. It makes all your troubles go away :)

Hope you feel better in the near future and all goes well :)

Don't use a spoon. Just grab snacks from inside boxes with your hand. You know like: Cheeze Its, Gummy bears, mini oreo bits....... hope you'll get better though! :D

I broke my wrist, I am getting the cast off on Monday. It takes time, theres not much you can do, but elevate, ice and heat, and be very careful.

Source(s): I have broken many bones before, I have fragile bones.
