A large brown spider is in my room?
It sneaks up onto my computer desk and then runs right at me as if to attack. I have never seen a spider do this. I can't catch it. It moves very fast. What is it and what should I do? Is it a dangerous spider?
Has anyone ever had a spider run at you like this? It has done that twice now. It acts like it wants to attack me, like it is not afraid. What kind of spider is it?
*I will look up a picture of a wolf spider. I hope that is what it is and not a brown recluse.
More details: It has a large.tunnel web in my bedroom window. It looks like either a Brown Recluse, Wolf Spider, Tunnel Web spider or Huntsman spider. It is mostly solid medium brown.
I can't go to sleep until I find it.
It just came running out at me again. I pushed my chair across the room so fast! Then it went ont my keyboard. This thing is evil. I tried to put a cup over it, but it got away again.

You need to kill it. I cannot tell what type of spider it is by that description. I know we need spiders on this earth, but if that spider mates and haves babies, there will be thousands of that same spider in your house. You can have a spider infestation and can wake up with spider bites. Don't take that chance. I know you can't catch it so try grabbing a magazine and whacking at it.
P.S. I'm a vegetarian and i still kill spiders.

Has anyone ever had a spider run at you like this? No, sorry, the spiders here are very lame. And yet still scary O.O. I have a spider phobia, only some dogs have ran at me.
Is it a dangerous spider? You should call a spider expert on this, but that's probably not needed unless it bites you. Although I would just kill it. Don't be risky and take chances.

That sounds like a Wolf Spider or Tarantula. Kill it. Use a magazine, cleaning spray, etc. Just make it die, because if you don't, it's gonna find a mate and lay a couple of thousand eggs causing an infestation.

if it does its a wolf spider. YOPU DONT WANT TO WAKE UP TO ONE OF THOSE ON YOUR BED, OR IN A PILE OF LAUNDRY THAT YOU PICK UP TO PUT IN THE WASHER, OR ON YOUR KITCHEN COUNTER OR IN YOUR SHOWER OR IN YOUR SONS LEGO BOX! JUST KILL IT BEFORE IT HAS BABIES.

Is it hairy??? If so, it's most likely a wolf spider and they are not dangerous to humans at all.
