Evolution Pattern Calculator?
If u look at evolution from when we were hominids to now (homosapiensapien) there are patterns of how we have changed through the several species between then and now such as the nose getting smaller, less body hair, bigger eyes etc... is there some kind of program that calculates what we will evolve into next?

What a great program that would be, maybe you're on to something.

No. The trends that you are alluding to are observed after the fact. There is no tendency for an organism to evolve one way or another. Evolution depends on the frequency of certain genes in any population and how they interact with the environment to maximize their own frequency. Any number of external events could have altered the series of trends that lead humans to having less hair, larger brains, smaller jaws, etc... It would be nice if we could predict the next big trend, but that is way less likely than a meteorologist precisely predicting the weather in your home city one million years from now.
