Pain and tiredness in right leg calf muscles for last 8 months?
I am 23yrs,72 kg,174cm.I used to jog 5KM in park everyday,bt suddenly 1 day in morning i got pain in right leg below knee.doctor said it's cramp,gave cream,bt no relief.Then i undergone ultrasound for DVT,bt everything came normal,doctor said there myt be muscle pull and gave medicines.Bt it's been 8 months bt pain is not going and when i walk for 2 Km continously my right leg starts tiring,little bit heavy and painful also.Please help soon.I am worried

You can have one of two things wrong to cause that pain to happen. You can have tight muscles in your lower back pressing onto the nerves going to your legs to cause that pain to happen or you can have your achilles tendon tight causing the muscle to be short with no give in it to give you the pain. Hard to know which it is so here's releases for both of those cases:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
Achilles tendon:
While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

orthopedics if anyone, they are a soft-tissue/muscle doctor..i went to a chiropractor for a knee problem and they were able to help me, so either of those, but u probably have better odds with a orthopedics, emphasis the duration of ur problem to them however, if u just walk in mentioning ur problem they will send u out saying "give it a few weeks and here take this medicine" tell them everything uve done to help it and emphasize how long its been so they actually consider it a problem if there is one instead of just sending you on ur way.
