coping with A level stress?
I can't cope with sixth form and I've only just started! The exams are coming up soon and I'd like to know how any of you sixth form graduates dealt with them? other than the obvious revision.

Sara, Stress is what you feel when you react to pressure from others or from yourself. Pressure can come from anywhere, including school, work, activities, friends, and family members. You can also feel stress from the pressure of wanting to get good grades or wanting to feel like you belong. Stress comes in many forms and everyone feels stress. How does my body handle stress? Your body has a built-in response to handle stress. When something stressful happens, you may experience sweaty palms, dry mouth, or knots in your stomach. This is totally normal and means that your body is working exactly as it should. Other signs of stress include emotional signs such as feeling sad or worried, behavioural (your actions) signs such as not feeling up to doing things, and mental (your mind) signs such as not being able to concentrate or focus. I used to have to deal with anxiety and stress, until i came across a product called resperate, that is not only for adults, but for children also IF NEEDED, i am no doctor, but if you have anxiety it should be fixed, this product is amazing! i use it for 15 min. a day, do teh breathing as instructed, and BOOM i have no more anxiety attacks thanks to this! you should all take a look at it, you wont regret it! Resperate is the brand name of a portable, battery-operated personal therapeutic medical device . Sold over the counter (OTC) for home use, it is FDA-cleared as a biofeedback device under the rubric of premarket notification
