when should i eat this?

im trying to gain weight because i was sick over the summer and lost like 30 pounds. i have to go in for a weigh in at the doctors once a week. i have been eating about 3000 calories a day and have recently discovered that panera's mac and cheese is 1000 calories. i have that for dinner about twice a week now. i go in for my weigh in tuesday, would i weigh more if i eat it for dinner tuesday right before i go or if i have it monday and let it digest for a day???? thanks for the help!

    hey jasper. this isnt an english class. so get that attitude of yours out of here. you didnt even answer the question. Ok. it doesnt really

    matter when you eat it as long as you do. dont forget to build muscle. it'll help you gain weight. make sure you watch what you eat. gaining weight the healthy way is better.

    Eat it right before you go to bed you will gain the weight fast!! I use to have a job where I did not get off from work until 12am I would snack a little when I got off from work, then I would go right to sleep and I gained some weight. Then I switched to a job where I got off at 6pm most days and I would snack when I got off from work and did not eat any later than 8pm and I lost a lot of weight.

    I guess the most weight will be when you eat it right before.

    But it will just be your full stomach, not your body.

    Why don't you just eat both?

    Did you get so hungry that you ate your "shift" key as well. Or if you prefer you could just put the caps lock on, but then some people could think that you are yelling and that could get confusing.
