setting timer on honeywell st6400c heating system?

we have three time settings available for each day how do we set the timer to come on only once for the central heating, also putting timer on continuous the boiler does'nt fire up, winters coming HELP

    The timer might be working,the fault might be with the pump or a motorised valve.

    If you have no technical knowledge then you might need to phone an engineer.

    Before you do,check the room stat and any Summer/Winter settings on the boiler.
