I always wash my hands or if I can't for some reason I will use hand sanitizer. It's completely disgusting when people don't and they wonder why there are cases of salmonella contamination.

So while you're waashing your palms in a public lavatory you at the instant are not getting them clean you're purely coming in touch with germs and micro organism.
