It means that you work 5-10 and get a half an hour clocked in break (the 6-6:30). The computer schedules the break time automatically so you may take it a different time

It's military time. The only country who uses it least often is us, America. Here's how it works:
1 AM=1 military time
2 AM=2 military time
3 AM=3 military time
4 AM=4 military time
5 AM=5 military time
6 AM=6 military time
7 AM=7 military time
8 AM=8 military time
9 AM=9 military time
10 AM=10 military time
11 AM=11 military time
12 PM (midday)=12 military time
1 PM=13 military time
2 PM= 14 mt
3 PM=15 mt
4 PM=16 mt
5 PM= 17 mt
6 PM=18 mt
7 PM=19 mt
8 PM=20 mt
9 PM=21mt
10 PM=22mt
11 PM=23 mt
You need to know that if you work in a place like that. Don't say something like "Oh, that's pointless!" because it was around LONG before the AM-PM time systems were created.
