SCAD's graduation rate?

This page is a little confusing to me:

Is it implying that only 51% of it's Caucasian students graduated after 4 years (which I'm assuming represents the time it takes to get a bachelor's degree)?

Isn't that outright dreadful? I'm just a little confused. Perhaps I'm reading this incorrectly.

Is there another source, maybe, that can give me a straighter, more optimistic estimate?

    appears to be so. not dreadful. its a place for "non-school" stuff. quite normal
