How to prevent sagging breasts while losing weight?

This may be a complicated question, and it might not.

I'm 17 and my breasts (36-38 D) already sag >.<

Once I take my bra off they fall some 4 inches or so, and I am very self concious about them.

I guess I'd like some answers on how to lift my breasts as well as prevent them from sagging more while I lose weight.

I'm planning on losing about 30 pounds, not quickly btw but I think 140 is a good weight for me.

Oh, and I don't have a lot of access to weights(I believe I have 2 and 3 lb weights)

    Hey Sweetie, good luck on loosing weight!

    Ok firstly, all bigger breasts sag, you are normal!! The media is responsible for woman feeling bad that they have normal breasts.

    Now my advise to you would be to use cream such as bio oil or palmers cocoa butter. Woman use it while pregnant to stop stretch marks. I use both creams and recommend them. They will help to firm up the skin.

    Make sure you wear the correct size bra. Remember most of the support comes from the band. It should be snug and parallel to the ground. Be sure to keep checking your size as you loose weight. You might loose a few band or cup sizes.

    Chest excercises help with the pectorial muscles underneath the bust. Weirdly when I was working out at the gym my cup size increased. i didnt loose weight though. Push ups against a wall or on the floor if you can are great. Maybe hold something like a bag of rice and lift it towrds the roof while lying down, if you cant access real weights. Use what you have around you. Google chest exercises.

    Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.

    So what should you do about weight control?

    use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
